Vacate The Default Judgment
Getting a default judgment removed or erased. (See also default judgment.)
The particular court in which an action may be brought.
An oral or written statement, usually made under oath, saying that something is true.
A breach of a right, duty, or law.
A plan for how the parents will share time with their children. Also called time-share.
